ANALISIS PENGARUH VARIASI BENTUK SAMBUNGAN LAS LISTRIK TERHADAP SIFAT MEKANIK PELAT STAINLESS STEEL 304L

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Variasi Sambungan Las Listrik Terhadap Sifat Mekanik Pelat Stainless Steel 304L. Kegiatan dilakukan di Laboratorium Teknik Mesin Politeknik Negeri Manado. Pembentukan specimen uji tarik disesuaikan standar ASTM-E8. Penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemilihan diameter elektroda dan arus las sangat mempengaruhi kekuatan las. Tegangan maksimum rata-rata tertinggi bahan tanpa (bahan normal) sebesar ( σu ) = 657,6 (N/ mm2) .atau 65.7 (Kg/mm2). Untuk hasil pengelasan lap joint tegangan 385,6 sambungan butt 675,2 fillet =672,2(N/ mm2). Dari tersebut diketahui dimana sudut (Fillet joint) lebih tinggi nilai dibandingkan sambungan,las tumpang (lap joint), Temu (Butt benda lasan.
